End users provide consent verbally during an inbound phone call handled by an AI receptionist. When a caller contacts the business and provides

The confirmation SMS is sent as a direct follow-up to the caller’s inbound request. Sales team notifications are internal business
communications sent to staff, not to consumers. No marketing messages are sent.
